These Terms of Service govern access to and use of all services, info products, and goods offered by stillpivot through stillpivot.link. By registering for or purchasing any offering, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions and Scope

Services refers to live trainings on calm pivots, ethical risk and inner steadiness for executives. Info Products refers to digital materials such as downloadable or streaming programs. Goods refers to physical items available for purchase.

2. Registration and Purchase

Registration and purchase are completed via our contact form. Payment must be made using your chosen purchase method. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

3. Refund and Reschedule Policy

3.1 Live Training Sessions

Full refund is available for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. However, you may request to reschedule to an alternative date subject to availability. Requests must be submitted via our contact form.

3.2 Info Products

Digital materials may be refunded if a request is made within 7 days of purchase. Upon refund approval, access to the materials will be revoked. To request a refund, contact us via contact form.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

4. Delivery and Access

Live trainings information will be provided after registration. Digital materials will be accessible via a secure link sent by email. Physical goods will be shipped to the address provided at purchase.

5. Changes to These Terms

stillpivot reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or posted on stillpivot.link. Continued use of any offering after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
